At BPM Whistler we do things slighly different. We build programs base on your heart rate and no by your pace.
Most programs or apps asked you to run at a certain pace.
Most people don’t know their 5km pace or race pace.
We seperate ourself by making sure you train in specific zone and giving you different workouts that help you building different aspect of your running.
By using Strava, we look at your running data to make sure you are running in the right zone and are able to giving you the right weekly update on your program so you can improve safely and reach your goal without any pain or discomfort.
Every program include:
Easy Run: Zone 2
Helps you building your aerobic base and allowed your body to create more capilaris and mitochondria.
Tempo Run: Zone 3-4
Train your body to create lactic acid and flush it to turn it into energy.
Intervals: Zone 5
Increase your Vo2 Max and allow your heart to create more oxygen in your blood.
Long Run Zone 2
Build your mental toughness and giving you extra weekly mileage in a safe way easy to recover.
