Running for roughly an hour can feel intimidating. We’ll focus on gradually increasing mileage while also emphasizing stretching and the work that needs to be done outside of running.
Custom Running Plan
We create a personalized running plan tailored to your schedule. During this phase, you’ll complete 3–4 runs per week, with a focus on gradually increasing your mileage to ensure proper adaptation and reduce the risk of injury.
Strenght and Mobility
At BPM, we believe that taking care of the body is essential for strong, sustainable performance. We’ll guide you through building an effective stretching routine, including dynamic stretches to activate your muscles before each run and static stretches to support recovery during your cool-down. Staying well-tuned keeps you ready for your next run and reduces the risk of injury.
Premium Package
The Premium Package includes a foam roller and wedge. You’ll receive a structured program demonstrating how to use each accessory effectively. You’ll also benefit from more in-depth follow-ups on your strength and mobility to complement your running program.
