Improving your 5km PB can be challenging. By giving you the right tempo runs and intervals runs you will build the capacity to cut seconds and even minutes easily while staying healthy and minimize risk of injury.
Custom Running Program
We create a personalized running plan tailored to your schedule. During this phase, you’ll complete 3–4 runs per week. The focus is on Tempo Runs and Intervals session so you build confidance to send a very fast 5km after 4 weeks of trainning.
Strength and mobility
One-on-one running coaching with tailored running, strength, and mobility sessions. You’ll receive continuous feedback and support to help you build strength, move better, and run stronger.
Premium Package
The Premium Package includes a foam roller and wedge. You’ll receive a structured program demonstrating how to use each accessory effectively. You’ll also benefit from more in-depth follow-ups on your strength and mobility to complement your running program.
