Starting at 19$

5 Km

With this program you will be guided to run your first 5 km. We will guide you on how to stretch and recover for your next run on top of guiding you to run at the right speed. We also have an option for people who wants to get a new 5 km PR.

10 Km

Adding more mileage also included adding more stress on the body. With this program we will get you to 10 km run but also be more focus on solide stretching routine and a slight introduction to proper fueling.

Half Marathon

Runnning for 2 hours require more than motivation. We will teach how to run safely while focusing on strenght and mobility. Nutrition is starting to be mendatory for this kind of challenge.

Marathon and Ultra

Conquering 42 km + is not just about running. This 16 weeks journey will teach the art of stretching daily. 4 runs+3 gym workout. Only a few will commite to it. The reward is beyond expectation. Nutrition follow up and carb loading are expected.
